I understand that non-business shipping is not the majority of the business for FedEx, UPS, USPS, whatever. But is it too much to ask for a little bit of clarity on this stuff?
Just a nice "In general, you'll be better off packing a shipment into fewer larger, rather than more smaller boxes" or "Hey, you, shipping a large amount of stuff, with your not-a-business-being, you can (or can't) use this nifty program we've got."
Because if I can do the "shipping a lot of stuff" special thing, it wants boxes of about 20 pounds. If not, then big, heavy boxes it is. And I'm about ready to assume the latter.
