GIP and the weekend

So, in a little under a week, I'm heading out to LA.

Before that, I have to write a paper, and do some other stuff, but the paper's the big thing.

So, what did I do today, so far?

1) Took a shower
2) Went to a pretty good crap--craft, I mean, craft--fair at one of the local high schools
3) Went erranding (bread, stuff to deal with ants, fa*mumblemumble*I'll talk about later, and Girl Scout Cookies (!!!!!)
4) Made an icon (see it?)
5) Futzed around in photoshop, working on the ca*mumblemumble* for the po*mumblemumble* that I need to finish, though slightly less urgently.

And now, I'm going to try to do some highlighting, to get this damn thing finished.
