Using my words.
Oct. 5th, 2007 05:47 pmI feel frustrated and irritated when not only do I not get Columbus Day off (and teachers can vouch for how much I could use it right about now), but I also have to come in on Saturday to eat lunch I bring myself in immediate proximity with children and parents (who will undoubtedly want to talk about their children).
Seriously. I'd much rather be at home, watching a TV show where the hero is a serial killer and where I can say "fuck" when I break a needle on my sewing machine.
Or, even better, eating fried cheese and sugar and anything else that will stay still long enough to get breaded and fried down in Evansville, because there's this street fair and I can drive back on Monday. Oh, wait. I'm in school on Monday.
