debetesseI called around this morning, and his people had called Howard County Animal Control, so we met up and handed off.
His name was bear, and he's apparently quite the escape artist. I have a thought that he's likely under-stimulated (Corgi's are herders, so this is much like shepherds), but she seemed glad to have him back.
I took the rest of the dog food, and the rest of the stuff down to Animal Control. They seemed pleased, both that those had been his people and at the stuff.
