Book List. Part 2.

Yes, I have started Discworld at the beginning. I've read Fifth Elephant, but I'm trying to go in order, now. It appeals to my sense of order.
I loved this book. I believe that I will love this series. I was worried that the more comedy and less plot would be off-putting to narrative junkie me, but no! It's not that he's a great world-builder, but it's very Adamsian in that the little details are just so perfect, and maybe it's just the way my brain works clicks with the way theirs do.
4) Arkham Asylum
Good, if heavy-handed. There was a little too much of the spelling stuff out for the stupid in the audience. Reading the script was possibly more interesting than reading the book itself. I'm betting this is one of those things that knowing it's place in the history helps a lot. But it's an interesting Batman.
5) Never Let Me Go
Yes, it made me cry, but I figured most of the stuff out before the book expected me to. And thought that the main characters were kinda dumb a lot of the time (Why oh why did you not, you know, run?). This is the one that really makes me wish I could rationalize finding time to write now.
