10) I finished The Man in the High Castle (an odd book to be taking along to a wedding, but, well, there you go). I liked it. And realized halfway through that it's the second alternate-WWII history I've read this year. Entirely different from Making History, though. And reading the Introduction after the book was definitely the way to go. I got more of the deep bits and thematic stuff than I usually think of myself as getting, so, you know, go me. Yeah, that's all I've got just at the moment.

Next up, finish up either Mother Tongue or Sammy's Hill.
